We are Space Coder, a multidisciplinary team dedicated to defining practical and impactful problems in off-grid AI.

Yeonwoo, a master’s student in Information Systems, has experience in designing a generative AI tool to support educators, which made her become interested in creating human-centered AI.

Boram has diverse academic backgrounds in Nursing and Brain Engineering, and she is studying Data Science. From some nursing and AI industry working experience, she has obtained some ability to interpret phenomena with contextual-based decision making.

Daniel, a master’s student in Data Science with a Statistics background, has experience in remote sensor data prediction algorithms and a passion for applying AI to support human life in the real world.

In short, our expertise in technology, healthcare, human-centered design, and applied AI enables us to approach off-grid AI challenges from multiple perspectives, ensuring our problem definition is realistic, scalable, and valuable for both space and Earth applications.
