With a background in professional football, playing 13 seasons in the NFL for teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Washington Football Team, and New England Patriots, Shawn's experience inspired him to found Windpact to help clients in various industries overcome manufacturing challenges.

Shawn Springs holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from The Ohio State University and has been recognized for his academic and athletic achievements during his time as a football player.

A TEDx presenter, Shawn discussed helmet protection in a talk titled 'Tackling Helmet Protection Head On' and is actively involved in philanthropic efforts, including supporting combat veterans and pledging his brain for CTE and Concussion Research.
