Vikram is an entrepreneur, investor, former CEO, and CTO with 28+ years leading tech innovation for DoD and Intelligence sectors. Spearheaded R&D, product development, production and deployment in areas of autonomy, cUAS, space, human performance and AI. Held executive roles at BlueHalo (CTO), Intelligent Automation (CEO), and board positions at various organizations. He was actively involved in M&A strategy and execution. He is currently a Professor of the Practice in the ECE department at the A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland at College Park.
