She also advises Extreme E, the pioneering all-electric SUV racing series, which highlights climate challenges through races in ecologically vulnerable regions. Prior to leading Formula E’s sustainability efforts, she held roles at Michelin Motorsport and presides over Sports and Sustainability international (SandSI), an organization advancing global sports-sustainability collaboration. Recognized globally for her expertise, Pallé regularly presents at high-profile forums like COP26 and Sport Positive Summit, advocating for transformative environmental practices in elite sports.
