Peter Kreiner has since 2007 been the CEO of Restaurant noma in Copenhagen, which five times, spanning over more than a decade from 2010 – 2021, has been awarded the price as the world’s no. 1 restaurant. In close partnership with his business partner and Head Chef René Redzepi, Peter has been key in putting Denmark on the global world map of gastronomy, as noma via its international acclaim has drawn enormous attention to both Denmark as well as the Nordic region as tourism destination.
