Her career spans major industry players such as Vodafone, Telefónica, Etisalat, and Liberty Latin America, where she has consistently delivered high-impact technology transformations, complex M&A integrations, and enterprise-scale modernization programs.

Dragana specializes in building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technology ecosystems that empower people and accelerate measurable outcomes. Her expertise includes cloud-native architectures, BSS/OSS modernization, and embedding AI across business workflows. She has led numerous customer-centric initiatives, transforming legacy stacks into future-ready platforms, accelerating digital sales, and enhancing customer experiences while reducing OPEX and unlocking new revenue streams.

At EY, Dragana advises Fortune 500 clients on rearchitecting core infrastructure, adopting agile operating models, and transforming legacy environments into modular, cloud-native platforms. Beyond consulting, Dragana serves as a faculty member at MIT, where she teaches Generative  AI. Dragana holds a five-year engineering degree from Belgrade Technical University, a Master of Science (MSc) degree with distinction in Computer Science from Portugal’s Instituto Superior Técnico, and an Executive MBA with distinction from London Business School. She is passionate about turning innovation into growth, advancing women in tech, and championing AI as a strategic enabler.
